Yep. Says the mostly Buyer’s Agent. Yeppers indeed.

“July sales’ report showed closed deals were down 9.1 percent compared with the same month in 2015, while new listings was off nearly 20 percent and pending sales declined 5.1 percent.”

Basically, this just means my buyers are aware of the fact that if they like something they see online, they need to schedule an appointment to view ASAP.

And if they like it after they see it, they need to think about it seriously and make a second appointment to view.

And if they like it after the second appointment—WRITE A CONTRACT AND SUBMIT AN OFFER.

In this kind of a market, there’s no time to waste.
