CampNaNoWriMo Halfway Point April 15th. Halfway through the month of CampNaNoWriMo and I’m actually caught up with where I should be! WOOT!

The March Blog Challenge really helped get me in the right frame of mind, the consistent posting frame. April is a step up trying for a 1,667 daily word count goal. There have been a few days where I’ve slacked off but the following day I catch up. I do find that I’m never WAY FAR AHEAD of the count at any point in time, perhaps that will be my May goal?

All I know is I feel good when getting crap down on the page. Screen. (Is it really a page anymore? Hmmmm.) Even when I pop out wee quick blog posts I’m doing it on MY blog instead of as a status update on Facebook or a Tweet on Twitter. And this ia good habit for me to get back into. Content needs to originate here and be shared through those other outlets.

So yeah, halfway there. Not anything of substance to share really, yet, but like I said for me right now this exercise is more about getting into the habit of blogging and writing again, not as the occasional option, but as the everyday sort of calling that I know l’m hearing from somewhere, for some reason.

15 days to go.
