Corned Beef & Cabbage. Mmmm.
One of these days I’m gonna have to try corning my own beef. (Ha, is that a word?) But today is not that day.
Bought a corned beef roast, browned it on all sides. Added the spice packet that was included with the roast into a crockpot full of cabbage, carrots, baby potatoes, onions, sweet white wine and chicken btoth.
Hours later, the house smelled like bliss…
