It’s getting all sorts of Little House on the Prairie like at Weber Wonderland the last few weeks.
I have trays of herbs drying everywhere.
Canned lots of homemade chicken, beef and veggie stocks, pickles, peaches, drunken sour cherries and even beef french onion soup. (Pressure canning…highly recommend!)
Made a batch of homemade salsa. Harvested potatoes and garlic. And I’ve only just begun!
Fall Veggie Garden has also been planted…Fingers crossed for a decent harvest.
