Filled with beans and meats!
A variety of mixed beans from Weber Wonderland garden—thrown into the Instant Pot for pressure cooking with a giant jar of homemade beef stock from the pantry. Added beef stew meat, a hunk of meatloaf and some chicken breast that was still in the refrigerator. Oh and garlic. Lots of garlic. If I had any foresight when making this, I would have added bacon too, but that takes more work than I’m willing to do today. Ah, the joy of Jenny cooking.
It smells wonderful…also, less than an hour for dried beans from the pantry into belly? THAT’S THE MIRACLE OF THE INSTANT POT!
24 hours from now afterdevours several bowls of said soup, I don’t think I’ll be saying the same thing.
