My friend Mary and I took this class together in college. At the time, it was a total joke. Perhaps it was our professor (who left such an indelible mark on my soul that I can not even remember her name…) Perhaps it was the 8:00 a.m. timeslot during my *most social* year. Whatever the reason, I didn’t think much of it at the time.. I can recognize the names in this article but that is about all. Sad, sad but true.
10 years later I am trying to catch up where I never really started. Not even classes in Political Philosophy! Well, other than the basic introduction… And some of reading on my own. (, Locke, , Tocqueville and some of the Federalist Papers) The one advanced class I did take was Marxism. And read this book. And I remember very much enjoying the class. And NOT just because I was surrounded by men at the time. Although that made it even better!
Where should I start now? Any direction?
