Seed Shopping

Oh so many seeds, so many seed catalogs. I get the gardening bug the same time every year, right around when SPRING arrives and the first few sunny days of March and open windows and chirping birdies and peeping tadpoles hit my soul. All I can think about is getting outside and playing in the dirt. Soon all the Easter Flowers in the greenhouses and Lowe’s and Home Depot will be replaced by perennials and annuals and vegetables and fruit trees and bushes…all the green!
The thing is, in the stores, variety is limited. Once you enter the deep dark abyss of collecting garden catalogs you find limitless options. 12 different types of red popcorn? Sure why not! Tis a slippery, delicious, slippery slope and I’m inviting you to join me.
