Weber Ragu

Weber Ragu. Last night I threw together a pasta dish which He Who Makes Me Smile has now named “Weber Ragu.” Basically, I made whole wheat penne pasta with spinach and vodka sauce and sage sausage. And added a little leftover shredded jalapeño cheese. AND a very secret leftover ingredient from the fridge which was creamy and spicy and delicious because the jar was just sitting there and I didn’t want to waste…

It was AMAZING. Seriously, so so so bad for me and rich and decadent and delicious…I ate more than my fair share last night and then every last drop of the leftovers for lunch today while my honey slept. No,  didn’t even save any for him, it was that good it made me into a bad wifey.

What was this secret jar?

Yes, creamy southwestern ranch dip! I don’t even remember buying this but there it was unused in our fridge.

This is why I’m fat my friends…this is why I’m fat.

But it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. And now my not-so-secret ingredient for Weber Sauce.
