Zingers! When I first heard about the HOSTESS company closing it seemed everyone was up in arms about losing out on their beloved TWINKIES. All I could think about was the redheaded stepchild ZINGERS.
My mama said she craved these in the womb while pregnant with me. And every so often, once a year maybe, I remember how much I love this delicious treat and indulge. However with the news of Hostess closing, they flew off the shelf and I was left with just the tasty memory.
Until the dearest Joelle DeBois sent me a random HAPPY ZINGER TO YOU package in the mail a few weeks later. Thank you SO MUCH for being so cool and the gift of random zingers!!!
The only problem is HWMMS discovered HE also liked Zingers. So we each took a box and hid in our own secret stash area…
