IDGAF if I’m the only one in a crowded space masking 😷 which I almost always am, however the disconnect in my #longcovid immunocompromised brain is real. Surely I’m not the only person dealing with health issues?

I keep hearing people say
the pandemic era
is over,
but then I hear about
tuberculosis in Kansas,
measles in Texas,
bird flu everywhere,
record influenza rates,
RSV, norovirus,
and, yes, still about Covid,
and I worry
the pandemic era
is over
because the pandemics era
has begun.
