Yikes

YIKES. After a night of intense dreams (which I’m not ready to process) sparked by a two-hour breathwork sound bath, I woke up late for our family Christmas and rushed to get out the door. I went to look up a post, and this was the first thing waiting on my feed.

Checked into the headlines. Checked right back out.

During the sound bath meditation thing — Rooted Renewal – I had a very clear vision of the near future protesting in Washington D. C.  Clear. As. Day. Kinda thought it was weird at the moment that my brain went there but…

All I can say is yikes. And my 2026 anthem shall play again…
