Somehow I made it though – I anticipated a decline tomorrow, but for now – well, what does one do while overstimulated and overtired? COOK ALL THE THINGS. I wanted something for dinner, so I made Deconstructed Egg Roll Mix in the instant pot. Then I saw there was leftover turkey and beef roast and potatoes – so – I made two turkey pot pies, a batch of beef strongnoff and potato soup. And then rolled the mix into actual egg rolls and baked them.

Cat stayed the night and helped.
