All Things Cake Mix Biscotti

I meant to bake these a few weeks ago but life <sigh> got in the way and – nope. I needed a distraction from the world tonight so kitchen time for Jenny!

Cake Mix Biscotti:

Cherry Chip w/ White Chocolate and Dried Cherries
Red Velvet w/ White Chocolate and Almonds

4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
Vanilla
Box of Cake Mix

350 for 20 minutes. Cut. 325 for 15 minutes.
