Saturday in the Google Calendar – Jen/Chuck Cat/Bob Fun Times TBD!

The last time we hung with Cat/Bob – December 2021. Gulp.

Fun times led us to Pendleton to visit our friend Eileen’s – Pothos Juice Bar – and while there – another derby friend stopped by — Rachel Tension!  (I mean that name – THAT NAME!) Wheeeeee! Mini reunion. It’s unreal how much time has passed – yet still feels like no time has passed at all – we all catch right up without a beat. Gotta love it.

Also got love – this mushroom powder filled berry smoothie bowl. SO MUCH GOODNESS IN ONE BOWL.

From healthy delicious goodness – we headed straight to debauchery – of the best kind. Rumour has it The NYBEERPROJECT has mozzarella sticks AS BIG AS YOUR HEAD. Off we went.

CHEERS! Oh so good. I couldn’t decide on one brew so I did a flight.

Cheese sticks. Parmesan Crusted Three Cheese Grilled Sandwich and Tomato Basil Soup with Parmesan Truffle Fries.

We swear it’s not going to take another year to get together.
