Tis not the prettiest thing I’ve ever made, but it tasted good. A twist on Thai Basil Chicken over rice. I asked HWMMS to come up with a name and he said “Purple Chicken.” Um, but the chicken isn’t purple, it’s a baby poop green.

And he then said something that made my heart flitter…and flutter.

“But aren’t the flowers of Thai Basil purple?”

Yes, yes they are.
