All Things Tea Party

Tuesday Night Tea Party featuring homegrown Rosehip & Mixed Citrus Mint tea.

Cat was coming over to spend a few nights and she declared she wanted to wear a nice dress. To which I replied I would wear a dress too and invite Evil Twin over to wear a dress too and we shall play cards and have a tea party.

And what a tea party it was! Cat knows how to throw a tea party with tiny sandwiches – MANY TINY SANDWICHES.

She put together Almond Butter and Jam, Brie and Tomato Croissant Bites. Cucumber Garlic Butter , Crab Salad, Egg Salad Sandwiches.

And we added Carrot Cake Sandwich Bites, Tomato Mozzarella Skewers and Strawberries and Oranges.

I steeped a ginormous pot of homemade rosehip and mixed mints into a tea with some fresh lemon and a wee bit of sugar. YUM. The rest ended up in about 8 large mason jars in the fridge.

Lots and lots of tiny delicious food  Life is short, have an impromptu tea party with those you love.
