Finally picking! Tomatoes. Yellow Beans. Banana Peppers. Zinnias, Potatoes, Celery!

Mint. Lettuce. Chives. Basil. Sugar Baby Watermelon. Cucumbers. Eggplant. Tomatoes. Banana Peppers.

Getting closer to abundance!

All these veggies were made into chunky salsa (tomatoes, peppers, onion, cilantro), tomato/basil/cucumber salad (with chive blossom vinegar and fresh mozzarella) and homemade sauce for eggplant parmesan. Veggie stock is simmering in crockpot for corn chowder.
