We didn’t go last year, probably because I was completely spent. I was not in a great place last year around this time — and then came July when my insides exploded and all the pain – yeah, not a great time.
BUT THIS YEAR —
THIS YEAR we worked selling GARDEN STAKES for THE FOUNDRY
Despite of the icky AQI – (I masked half the time…)
I did not bring a canopy tent to protect from sun – and even crazier DIDN’T EVEN THINK ABOUT A HAT – so it was just very unfortunate that I needed to run across the street to Lulu Belle’s to purchase THIS AMAZING HAT!
The lovely fiber artist across from us was selling the cutest little pins – which I added to the floppy hat.
YAY HAT! Also YAY CHRISTMAS TREE in the background. Lololol. Not gonna lie – it was the first Springville event without our lovely Jolene (Grandma Butter) and ugh – hugging the Mr. I didn’t want to let go…
Fuck Cancer.
Time for remembering things we are grateful for…
And spending time with friends (even if just a few minutes!)
A good event. A good amount of sales. A good amount of hugs. And a good amount of exhaustion at the end of the night – “it ends at 8 I thought it was 7!”
I picked up a few lovely finds. PEACH ROSES ARE MY FAVORITE!
Until next year!
