Bacon Egg Burger

Bacon Egg Burger. Oh how I love thee, let me count the ways. (Or not.)

Maggie took me out to lunch yesterday for a post-birthday treat! (You know cause I totally canceled on her at least 3 times in the past 3 weeks. Some friends are too good to be true. I have more than I deserve who fit into this category.)

I picked K. Gallagher’s because they have THE best burgers AND started making the Bacon Egg Burger this Summer and kept it on the menu!

The first time I discovered this beast I was visiting friends in Cleveland and we had lunch at Red Robin. You know, the days of long ago when Cleveland was sooo much cooler than Buffalo and had a Red Robin and Buffalo had no idea such a place existed. Who needs Red Robin when K Gallagher’s is a 2 second walk from my office.

Egg. On a burger. PERFECTION!

But, please…don’t put a pickle on my burger, cause it reminds me of my girl.
