Mmmm. I’m SO THANKFUL this adorable, coffee house opened in Springville.

Caffeine, Cupcakes and Conversation: 49 Coffee House Now Open

Of course, a coffee house is known for its beverages, and 49 Coffee takes pride in using locally roasted coffee beans sourced from Golden Cup Coffee in Buffalo. Kevin explained that their house blend, called 1808 The Settler, is named after the first permanent settler in Springville.

Another popular option is the Nitro Cold Brew, which is brewed at room temperature for 14 hours, infused with nitrogen and poured from a tap. The result is a creamy, carbonated strong brew, with a head much like that on a glass of stout beer. 49 Coffee also offers loose leaf tea, fruit smoothies, bottled beverages, decaf options and, in the future, might work toward making their own soda.
