After 7 years of doing the PT/Freelance hustle, I’m now coming off a two week period where paid holidays and PTO allowed me to have my Out of Office set from 12/20 till 1/6. I love my job, but what a needed reset. Thankfully, I have one more day before heading back.

Ahhhh, Sunday. Cook All The Comfort Foods! Mind you, there are only two of us at Weber Wonderland, so…Freezer time!

 

Scalloped Potatoes with Ham. Ground Turkey Lasagna & Spinach Mushroom Alfredo Lasagna, Broccoli Cheese Quiches and Ham & Bean Soup.

Also have dough rising for no-knead bread.
