Cucumbers for Days

Me: How many cucumbers do you think are out there? I say 10.

HWMMS: 6.

UM. Or 40.

Gulp. I counted 12 fruits growing on one plant. Not including the blossoms. We have 24 plants.

Fresh from the garden cucumbers and mashed potatoes. I have no idea where this idea came from, but I’ve been eating them together since I was a kid. Sooooooo good. Homegrown cucumbers are quite possibly my favorite garden veggie.

Who wants some cucumbers? I’m getting ready to make up some batches of tzatziki.
