All the delicious flour and yeast arrived in the beginning of the month, and have I used it yet? Nope.
Until today.
HWMMS requested fancy bread. Well, rye specifically. So I of course went overboard and bought several different flours (a dark and light rye, a malted barley and whole wheat) and a ridiculous amount of seeds and spices to make artisan loaves (caraway, black caraway, poppy, sesame, hemp…)
I decided on four different “fancy” bread recipes.
I have a lot more practice to do…
