Whoa. I came home from work to find this jar of honey garlic bubbling over with fermentation foam!
Tis a new experiment I’m trying because we have a fantastically ridiculous abundance of garlic this year. Dozens of bunches bundled hanging and drying, two trays roasted and in the freezer and I’d guess at least 8 more cups to pickle in addition to these two jars of fermenting cloves.
