Our sweetest Jordan turned one year old yesterday!
We started her birthday out right by giving her a frozen steak from the freezer. She basically walked around the house with it in her mouth for about 27 minutes and then started that high-pitched puppy squealy whine to go outdoors. Of course she did. She took the steak outdoors, somewhere. A few hours later HWMMS saw her carrying it around in the yard, but we never saw it again.
Jordan also got to spend some time with her cousin Bodhi and got to pick out a new toy and knuckle bone at Petsmart. Oh yeah, and a can of Blue Buffalo Shepard’s Pie for her birthday dinner.
Giant Puppy was weighed at the store and she came in at 102 pounds.
Which is a wee bit larger than when we got her at 5 months at 60 pounds. My goodness her head looks so big compared to her body in this puppy photo!
After a long day of playing and being spoiled…and even getting a new collar since her adorable gnome one is now, um, black. Jordie’s all tired out after a full day of fun!
Happy birthday Giant Puppy! You have brought so much happiness to our family and we can’t imagine our home without you!
