I did a little cooking this weekend. Roasted a chicken, made some bone broth chicken soup, made three chicken/chard/mushroom alfredo lasagnas, three ground beef, basil, tomato lasagnas, birthed started a wheat sourdough bread starter.

Made four bags of cilantro pesto and six bags of basil pesto, started a cough tincture with horehound, lemon balm & marshmallow root, dried two large pans of chives, made a tzatki dill sauce, froze six bags of swiss chard.

It’s the little things that make me happy.
