Huevos Rancheros

Huevos Rancheros. Since I did all the hard work yesterday…we had Huevos Rancheros for brunch today!

YUM!

Of course HWMMS commented that it would be better with bacon.

I really have to break him of this habit that every meal needs to include bacon, I mean meat.
