In my role as seasonal elf today, I apologized one last time to my friendly customer about his missing part of his son’s new toy and he told me if he didn’t have that problem he never would have had the chance to speak with someone as delightful as me. It’s the little things.

Also I’ve found that my doggos randomly chiming in with their barking in the background ALWAYS creates joy on the other end of the line, even if I’m in a panic to mute! Dogs are the best.
