1. CAR! (Van)

My Uncle Ken and Aunt Ellen are giving me the use of their van. Needs a bit of work and walla! Should be on the road in a little while. I am truly blessed.

2. APARTMENT!

My friend Denise at work has two lovely daughters who are looking for an apartment…do you see what I see? They are both college students at Buffalo State and work outside of school. They remind me a lot of…well me. The timeline is perfect, the rent is cut thirds AND when I do move out they will be able to afford the place on their own. Denise can smile knowing that her girls have an excellent, conveniently located apartment and will be just fine. And I will have the company of two lovely independent ladies and save lots of money.

Are there angels looking out for me or what?
