Spent my lunch hour volunteering for Meals on Wheels for WNY. I highly recommend giving some of your time if you can to this worthy cause. They are always in need of volunteers. I get called for random days when they really need the last minute help. Many times I can’t fill the shift, but occasionally I can, like today. No need for a weekly commitment.
