I’m so out of balance! Peri-menopause. Stress. Autoimmune Disease. Long Covid. All very bad at same time. My body doesn’t even allow me to push through it sometimes. It just says NOPE.

Hence 12 hours of sleep last night/today – which was only made possible by taking an edible. Oops. Looks like it’s PTO for me today. ALSO – the energy realm is real. I tried to log in to work and my laptop said nope. Updates. Fixes. 45 minutes later – I’m online. Yeah, I know energy, but I must.

We need a Disney Princess who’s going through menopause.

My to-do list has to-do lists.

Maybe I need to investigate HRT. I suppose that means getting an actual appointment with a gynecologist which has been on that perpetual to-do, to-do list mentioned above. I was investigating a Uro-gynocologist and then well, didn’t make the appointment (along with about 27 other doctors. I apparently go in phases – but like I said OUT OF BALANCE.

when your body goes haywire during menopause and literally no one knows wtf is going on because nobody about our health. Your hairline starts to migrate. Blinding headaches. You break out into hives weekly for no reason.

(Go on hrt immediately if you can. Do not try to raw dog menopause.)
