Pizza Tasting

Holy Pizza Tasting last night!

(I thought the scorecard, while extremely comprehensive, lacked a category for “flavor” which confused me greatly. Hence the photograph.)

I do want to say one thing…I wish the pizzas were all the same. Plain cheese or something similar. Because the Blue Cheese/Spinchy White Pizza? Kicked ass. BUT was it fair? And the deep dish Chicago? Yeah, I liked it, but not compared to the other pizza. And at no time should a pizza be drowning in canned mushrooms. Ick. Anyhow, I guess only time will tell who the winner is…Buffalo, Chicago or New York?
