Today is the first day since my diagnosis of #psoriaticarthritis that my brain put together that the raw painful flare up of skin on my backside is directly related to the exhaustion that has kept me in bed most of the day. Who knew?

There’s not enough cream in the world… It’s all very strange and new and confusing.
