Hmmm. How many quiche are too many quiche?
Well, I made a dozen (there are two not pictured.) Mostly because I had that many delicious farm fresh eggs from my friend Scott available.
(Oh how I love love love eggs!)
Also, they are crazy easy to make—and freeze for later.
I should have been making cookies. But cookies demand me taking the fun part of making the dough and putting them in little individual balls on many, many cookie sheets. I don’t like that part.
Quiche on the other hand, I can just pour from the mixing bowl into the pan, bake at 400° for 40 minutes and DONE!
My recipe.
- 6-8 Eggs
- 1 c Shredded Cheese
- 1 c Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Salt and Pepper
- Chives
- Assorted Stuffs (Ham, Broccoli, Leftover Mexican Bake from the Fridge)
Can you even IMAGINE what I would be like if I had a house full of kids? It’s just me and HWMMS!
