Saw this response on a post in our work Slack and I just started crying – THIS IS WHAT MAKES AMERICA GREAT. - I’m back on Meta – Facebook. Instagram. Grrrr. Interesting that the day I decided I needed to get back over there was the day Meta was in the news – this was not in my circle of awareness.
- Maybe I love the sound of Spring Peepers so much because they somehow drown out the never ending tinnitus…
- HWMMS can get out of bed from a sound slumber and go to the bathroom and fall back asleep within about 27 seconds of getting back into bed. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
- TRE is back what? #27 – I said I would get his jersey when the Bills make it to the Super Bowl. Hmmm…
- Slept in my Lowest of the Low tee-shirt and still believe that it’s better to die upon your feet than to live upon your knees.
- We’ve cut waaaay back on consumption since January. Don’t see that changing, um, for the rest of my lifetime. – the typical American household can now expect to pay an average of $4,600 annually because of Trump’s tariffs.
- The three grocery markets in Springville are TOPS, Aldi and Walmart. Once upon a time I did a LOT of Walmart pickup orders. I really think there have been only a handful since the beginning of the year. ALDI is the preferred choice (can do Instacart pickup.) TOPS has been and always will be about the sales – our local store only does Instacart delivery – HOWEVER there is a TOPS next door to where HWMMS works that does pickup – AND has a gas station. We’ve been getting ALL THE GAS POINTS BABY!
