Ribs. Mmmmm.

I went to the freezer looking for something? And the two packages of ribs called out to me. EAT ME. If there’s one thing I’ve learned this far in life, when a frozen meat product starts to call out EAT ME from the freezer, you listen.

Into the oven. Super low and super slow convection roasting at 250 for 4 hours. I browned them under the broiler with a combo rub of cajun spices and [amazon_textlink asin=’B071VYV335′ text=’bacon sugar’ template=’ProductLink’ store=’allthijen01-20′ marketplace=’US’ link_id=’dd84cd52-e218-11e7-8d10-0d66f1b5229f’]. And then I slathered them with [amazon_textlink asin=’B0085CSY94′ text=’Sweet Baby Ray Vidalia Onion’ template=’ProductLink’ store=’allthijen01-20′ marketplace=’US’ link_id=’33666e76-e219-11e7-9b5d-2fc3a9a6874f’] sauce.

Mmmmm.

I wasn’t expecting much, but my random experiment was DELICIOUS. I will need to replicate in the future.
