My first attempt at Homemade Scotch Eggs. It won’t be the last.
Bob Evans Sage Sausage with added fresh parsley, sage and chives. Hard boiled eggs. Wrap sausage around egg. Dip in flour, dip in egg, dip in bread crumbs. Deep fry. Perfection.
