Hard boiled eggs. Bob Evans Sage Sausage (although I did add a bit of ground beef because I needed more meat.) Wrap the egg with the meat, dip in egg wash, cover in bread crumbs and I put in oven on convection for 40 minutes, flipping over at the halfway point.
