What to do with all that Stevia?
Seriously? Stevia? What was I thinking planting this in the herb garden? I don’t even know what I’m going to do with the plant why did I buy one?
A simple syrup will have to do. Perhaps I will make homemade lemonade with it? Iced Coffee? Mmm. Just ignore the ugly color.
Holy moly these leaves are sweet! All I did was boil them down and add some vanilla. You’d think I added 4 cups of sugar too. Eegads!
