Sunday Afternoon Goal – Time for baking with pumpkins to get through this shitty ass mood I’ve been in all week while listening to the BILLS game. All Things ?– fudge, scones, biscotti, bread/muffins, spice cake, truffles, cookies. Who knows. But the kitchen will smell glorious. I’ve processed about 6 pumpkins so far for seeds and puree…will want to do at least 6 more for later. Gosh, I love pumpkins.

I REALLY want to make pumpkin fudge. And I need to do biscotti and scones too. And my boss requested cinnamon rolls. (I want to try this recipe.)  But, I’m just, well, tired. Maybe I’ll find more time for baking with pumpkins next weekend?
