FRIENDS – I invite you to join me in a safe, easy, and COVID-compliant way to increase voter participation: letter writing! (Or in this case, mostly printing and adding a few personal touches. )

IT COULDN’T BE EASIER!!!

I’ve signed up to write letters with a nonprofit organization, Vote Forward, through a campaign called The Big Send. Our mission is to send 10 million “please vote!” letters to voters in key states in October – I’m choosing neighbors Ohio & Pennsylvania.

I invite you to join me in this letter writing campaign. You pick a state, you click “print letters” add a personal touch, address and stamp the envelope and drop in the mail on October 27th.

Writing letters is a safe, impactful way to make a difference this election. And you can do it from home. In your own time.

With every ounce of my being I feel this election is the most important one we will ever see in our lifetime. I live in New York (thankfully) and I know New York will go Biden/Harris. So yes, please, of course get out and vote if you live in New York – local elections matter so much, ESPECIALLY THE HOUSE AND SENATE. But for me, I need to try to do *something* to help the vote in states where the vote is close.
