I spent a lot of time in the kitchen on my day off today.
1. Turkey Veggie Stock (I might have roasted a turkey the other day on a whim…) & Holy Basil, Cucumber Lemon Tea
2. Turkey and Chive Rice & Mac and Cheese
3. Sauteed Pepper Onion Mushrooms. (Just add rice or add turkey/cheese and make it a wrap!)
4. Crema Cilantro Corn
5. Macaroni Salad
6. Tzatziki Dip
7. Roasted eggplant tomato mozzarella basil stack and wax beans with chive butter.
