I have no idea how I got so lucky to have not just one but two jobs I absolutely love and am able to do from home right now. Yep, the hours keep me busy **so busy** but busy doing good things and helping people. Keeps my soul refreshed.

Earlier this week, I sat in on a zoom presentation with students from our @foundrybuffalo youth entrepreneur program. So inspirational. One student said the program gave him a reason to smile and it made him so happy to see people liking what he designed and made…and he hadn’t had a reason to smile in a while. He’s 15. I had to catch myself from crying…

My last consumer call of today (for the seasonal elf job) was a delightful and frazzled hard-working mama of 5 <3 under the age of 5!> who spent all day looking for two toys to complete her son’s Christmas gift that she just couldn’t find and was going to give up, but called anyhow just to see if MAYBE we could help…well, maybe turned into a surprise from Santa’s magical bag. I cannot even wait for her to open her email to see what’s coming her way. MY HEART COULD BURST. I LOVE working for this toy company I cannot name on social media…they have the heart of consumers and employees in the right place.

And now, time to tune out the rest of the world and nap.
