Weekend Cooking. Otherwise known as I *finally* had two days off in a row meaning on the 2nd day, I had enough energy to spend lots of time in the kitchen preparing food for the week ahead. (And maybe some to share with friends.)
HWMMS: The house smells like a combination of some of the best foods on earth.
5 lbs. Meatballs.
Roaster Chicken.
Chuck Roast.
Now working on boiling down a few jars of tomato sauce for spaghetti on the stove and starting some chicken stock. Oh, and preparing few loaves of French bread dough — just add garlic.
