SOUP IS DELICIOUS!
My kitchen dump stock was made with shrimp shells, mushroom, onion, cabbage, carrot, celery, spinach, pickled ginger, garlic, kombu flakes and pineapple. (Don’t ask, we just cut a fresh pineapple no need to waste the rind!)
Strained and added garlic, ginger, mushrooms and onion – stored jars in fridge.
Sauteed a big ol pan of tofu, mushrooms, onions and garlic and added broth into instant pot.
Udon noodles added to bowls.
If you need me, I’ll be here – eating all the soup.
