Several days in the making. And my goodness gracious it is warm and *cleansing* 🤣
Ginger Goodness? Hm. I need a name.
Started with two jars of immunity stock (turkey, GARLIC AND ONIONS.) And a jar of oxtail stock cause that’s what I had. Into Instant Pot with soy sauce, cilantro, sesame oil, chili vinegar, lemon juice and FRESH GINGER. Yesterday I sauteed pak choi, cilantro, green onions, tofu and mushrooms in sesame oil and added to the broth. Today’s final step is udon noodles and a fried egg. Because as HWMMS declared this year “everything is better with an egg on it.”
I have four jars ready to process to save for later. Yum.
