No Kings – SPRINGVILLE, NY. Saturday, March 28, 1-3pm

This time – it’s LOCAL. NO KINGS!

It’s far beyond the time to stay silent. Please, if you are able, find a #NoKings event and show up this Saturday.

It. Matters.

All are welcome to join me and my mutuals in Springville. Our event is small, but mighty. No matching, no speakers, no event – just showing up with respectful signs and standing along Main Street in solidarity with neighbors and community members.

It. Matters.

The last No Kings – we attended in Fredonia. This time around – a lovely new friend – Sarah (and Kara) decided to make it happen – RIGHT HERE in our rural, red village/town. And I’m over the moon excited to help volunteer on Saturday instead of carrying a sign.

It. Matters.

Don’t just show up – show up EARLY – plan on staying afterwards – bring friends and have a meal at a local restaurant, grab a cuppa with your new comrades you just met and share information and resources. SUPPORT SMALL. SUPPORT LOUDLY! SHOW UP AND SPREAD THE GOOD WORD!

Honestly, it pains me to realize that 90% of the people in my world – my orbit – my network – my kindred types – don’t, well, NOT that they disagree, but won’t show up.
