Soup of the weekend – Tomato Carrot.
Looked in the fridge, found 3/4 jar of vodka sauce, cherry tomatoes, garbanzo beans, stick of butter, carrot juice…added into the Instant Pot and added a jar of homemade sauce. Immersion blend. And, eat. So…good.
Served with DiCamillo’s toast with a layer of goat milk brie.
A Rainy Sunday small victory.
