Sleepytime Herbal Lemonade
To make sleepytime herbal lemonade, just add chamomile, lemon balm, lemons and raw blue agave syrup. Simmer on stove a few hours, strain and enjoy before bed. Added bonus—-makes the house smell AMAZING.
