Rick is no stranger to the SCA stage having performed in many productions over the years including; Juror #12 (12 Angry Men), Jacob Marley (Scrooge), George Bailey (It’s A Wonderful Life), Rev. David Lee (The Foreigner), Al Lewis (The Sunshine Boys), Morgan (The Drawer Boy), Dave Moss (Glengarry Glen Ross), George Milton (Of Mice and Men), Willard the jailer (The Crucible) and Randall P. McMurphy (One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest) As well as directing The Santa Diaries , Co-Directing The Crucible and Co- Producing Loose Lips Sink Ships. Rick has performed at the Alleyway Theater as Dave Moss (Glengarry Glen Ross) and on a Murder Mystery Train Ride summer program as Don Vito (Death of a Don). Rick has also hosted a television show, “Hog Wild”, a weekly motorcycle event show (filmed in Buffalo) and had a role as a biker in the movie “Trew Calling” (filmed in Buffalo). Rick is a co-founder of Gobble For Groceries and the Springville Dairy/Ag Festival and a member of the founding committee for Springville Oktoberfest. He’s the former editorial cartoonist for the Springville Journal and current cartoonist for the PS/News publications (a product of The Buffalo News). He has illustrated several children’s book for local authors, wrote two Poetry Books for Charities and created many stage show posters for SCA (including the design for Laughter on the 23rd Floor.)
